Our standard — so you are never overcharged
Foreigners in Türkiye are overcharged in predictable ways: a "notary fee" that is twice the tariff, a "state fee included" that was never paid, an "expedite" charge for a queue that does not exist, a promise of approval that no one can make. Each of the six rules below closes one of those doors. They apply to every order, every language, every price on this site.
The six rules
1. The price is known before you start
Every quote has four lines: what the state charges (you pay it), what the licensed professional charges at the official tariff (you pay them), what we charge, and delivery. The third line is fixed and published on the service page; it does not change after you pay. Where a state or professional fee depends on your case — harç by nationality, pages by document — the plan shows the rule and the source, and the receipt you get from them is the final figure. Nothing is added later, and there is no fee for anything a third party does faster.
2. You pay the state and the professionals yourself
Harç, card fees, registry fees, notarial tariffs, the accountant's fee, the lawyer's fee — never through us. The receipt is in your name and goes in your file. This is the law (notarial fees are collected by the notary under Law 1512 art. 118; collecting for third parties can be a licensed payment service under Law 6493) and it is the single most effective protection against being overcharged, because the amount you pay at the counter is the amount the tariff says.
3. No guarantees
Residence permits are decided by the provincial directorate, work permits by the Ministry, accounts by the bank, registrations by the registry. No private company can promise their decisions, and anyone who does is either lying or charging you for a contact that does not exist. What we are responsible for is a complete, correct, well-presented file, a clear plan, a prepared applicant and a person who answers. If our work is wrong, we fix it at our cost.
4. Everything in writing, in your language
The plan, the checklist, the four price lines, what we do and what we do not do, the timeline, the pre-contract information — all in Turkish, English, Russian or Arabic before you pay. Every legal or procedural statement links to the official source and carries a "last verified" date. If we cannot verify a requirement, the plan says so; we do not fill the gap with a guess.
5. Named people
This accountant, licensed under Law 3568, whose TÜRMOB registration you can check. These partner notary offices, where our translators are sworn, whose addresses you can visit. This coordinator, with a name and a WhatsApp number. Not "our team of experts" and not "our partners". We do not list, recommend or refer lawyers — the law forbids it and we respect that; we tell you how to find one yourself through the Bar.
6. One person to the end
You do not run between a translator, a notary, an accountant and someone who "handles" things. One coordinator holds your order from the first message to delivery, knows where each document is at any moment, and is the person you write to. Families have one account with each member's documents kept separately; companies have one desk.
What we never do
- File a residence-permit or work-permit application on anyone's behalf. The applicant submits on e-ikamet and attends; the employer submits on e-İzin. The Göç İdaresi states that intermediaries are not recognised — read it.
- Collect state fees, notarial tariffs or professional fees, or "include" them in a package.
- Charge a "dosya hazırlama bedeli" or any fee described as being for the state.
- Promise an outcome, a timeline that belongs to an authority, or a "contact".
- Sell "expedite". Express exists only for our own work.
- Give legal advice, offer an opinion on a legal question, or decide a company structure for you.
- List, recommend, match or refer lawyers, or take or pay a fee for a legal referral.
- Take a commission, discount or markup from a notary, or hold ourselves out as a notary's office.
- Deliver machine translation as a certified translation.
- Hold your banking credentials, move money for you, or execute payments on anyone's behalf.
- Handle citizenship-by-investment, property transactions or insurance sales.
- Publish testimonials we cannot verify, star ratings we did not earn, or numbers we made up.
- Keep documents you did not ask us to keep, or store identity fields we do not need.
How the standard shows up on a service page
The notarial tariff is paid by you directly to the notary. We are not a notary and receive no remuneration from any notary.
Last verified: 24.10.2026 · source: Noterlik Kanunu 1512 arts. 50, 112, 118 — mevzuat.gov.tr; Law 6493 — mevzuat.gov.trThe sentence under every price and the "last verified" stamp are rules 2 and 4 made visible. If you ever find a page on this site without them, write to us — that is a defect and we fix it the same day.
If we fall short
Complaints go to [email protected] or the WhatsApp number in the footer and are answered within two business days. Consumers may also apply to the Tüketici Hakem Heyeti or consumer court of their district; the address and procedure are in the pre-contract information.
Questions
Why do you refuse to collect state fees even when it would be convenient?
Three reasons. Collecting money to pass on to third parties can be a licensed payment service under Law 6493. Notarial fees must by law be collected by the notary against receipt. And most of the ways foreigners are overcharged in Türkiye hide inside "state fees included". Keeping the lines separate removes the opportunity.
What happens if you make a mistake?
We correct it at our cost — a retranslation, a second notary visit, a re-run errand — and if the mistake caused a state fee to be paid twice, we reimburse that fee against the receipt. Decisions by authorities remain theirs; our responsibility is the completeness and correctness of what we prepare.
Is the standard legally binding?
The parts that describe our obligations are written into the distance sales contract and pre-contract information you accept at checkout. This page is the plain-language version.
